Vikas Sinha, MBA Chief Financial Officer, Scholar Rock

Mr. Sinha has more than 30 years of experience working in executive finance roles in the life sciences industry. He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Scholar Rock, a late-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on severe and debilitating neuromuscular diseases. Concurrently, he serves as a Board member at Verona Pharma. Prior to joining Scholar Rock, Mr. Sinha was Chief Financial Officer and co-founder of ElevateBio, where he is currently Board member. He also held the roles of President, Chief Financial Officer, and Director of AlloVir. Before that, Mr. Sinha was Chief Financial Officer of Alexion Pharmaceuticals. Previously, he held various positions with Bayer across the world including Chief Financial Officer, Bayer North America and Chief Financial Officer, Bayer Yakuhin, Japan.

Mr. Sinha earned his MBA from the Asian Institute of Management in Manila, Philippines. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, as well as a Certified Public Accountant in the U.S.
